aka "The Riptide" - sailor-turned-smuggler, former Loki's Hand Finger

Brelka ran sea-based contraband through Mongeet: banned elixirs, hallucinogenic seaweed, and whatever else could be sold without asking too many questions.

She was one of Kvarrac's Fingers in Loki's Hand and helped hold the Shallows together until the coup at The Black Tide Tavern broke the Hand apart. The party killed her in session 1.2.8.
