Ivar the Terrible - Jarl of the Norsemen - Pact representative

Ivar united the Norse tribes north of Hammerfall into a single host, allied with Orgrim, and helped take the city from the elves. He sat on The Pact for the Norse.

His rule ended at the council chambers. Harald killed him during the Blood Elf attack in session 1.7.1.
