A master glassblower in the Western Elf Shallows and Loki's Hand's elven contact, trading food to the starving in exchange for old elven secrets. Captured by the Uzzikh during their hunt for the missing Ork Rashan, and rescued by the party from Bloodsnout's warehouse.

Became the diplomatic face and leader of the elven uprising against The Pact's treatment of the Shallows, addressing the Pact directly in Upper Hammerfall and negotiating real concessions: elves permitted to run their own businesses, travel freely within the Shallows, and carry and spend money. Gifted the party equipment for their part in the rebellion, including a cloak of elvenkind for Riven.

It was Veylith who recognized the sealed eight-runed door beneath the catacombs for what it was — an old elven rite, the Pilgrimage of the Eight, remembered from elven memory long before the party understood what they'd found.
