Kvarrac

aka The Rat King - former leader of Loki's Hand

Kvarrac was an aged ratfolk dressed in finery, soft-spoken one moment and murderous the next. He ruled the criminal underworld of Mongeet through Loki's Hand until Brelka killed him in the back room of The Black Tide Tavern.

He was one of the original three Fingers of the Hand alongside Brelka and Varka.
